Today our subject is healthy intestines; in particular, the constipation cure. For those of you who don't know, constipation is when we eat food that doesn't move through our bellies in five to eight hours. When your food gets stuck in your belly, it rots. If you question that, leave it out on the counter for a day or two – or five and see what happens. The same chemical process happens when our food stays in our bodies too long. It begins to rot. It begins to create noxious gases and poison. This poison goes right into our blood stream and everything feels kind of icky. I cannot say enough about why having good digestion and clean intestines is important. What I can do is show you a few techniques today that combine a decent diet such as vegetables, clean water, a little fresh air and some movement. This may help you get your system moving naturally and chemical free and help you to feel better and live longer.
